A. Again the ECOA is committed to training and feels very strongly that is what a students #1 priority should be. However, Division 1 to Community College Supervisors of officials have been present at the ECOA Elite academies and are expected to attend future venues as well. Their attendance in many cases is to assist in the training and the byproduct identify officials who fit their criteria for their conference. In addition the ECOA sends a list of names to each supervisor shortly after completion of camp and shares information gathered by the ECOA evaluating staff.
