A: Our first day and a half of classroom sessions are held at our host hotel Hilton Garden Inn in Issaquah. We do have a block of rooms for students at the ECOA rate that includes breakfast. To book go to: Hilton Garden Inn in Issaquah
A. Again the ECOA is committed to training and feels very strongly that is what a students #1 priority should be. However, Division 1 to Community College Supervisors of officials have been present at the ECOA Elite academies and are expected to attend future venues as well. Their attendance in many cases is to assist in the training and the byproduct identify officials who fit their criteria for their conference. In addition the ECOA sends a list of names to each supervisor shortly after completion of camp and shares information gathered by the ECOA evaluating staff.
A. We do work with various high school associations regarding scholarships in which are distributed by the respective boards. If you are with a high school board and wish to inquire about an ECOA scholarship for your association please contact us.
A. While our core training points are the same, the classroom presentation is changed from year to year so as not to be repetitive. This year we are focusing on more video breakdown with staff following select games.
